Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 tablespoons chia seed
  • 2 tablespoons milk caramel
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 bananas, mature
  • 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 tabasco banana, tender to decorate
  • to taste almond, or nut, to decorate

Preparation

Blend milk, ripe bananas, cinnamon and cajeta.
Empty in a mold with lid add the chia, stir and refrigerate. You have to wait one night.
When the chia is curdled, place it in individual molds.

PRESENTATION

Chop the tender banana into slices, nuts or almonds and decorate each mold.

TIPS

If there is no cajeta, you can add jam or peanut butter.
