Chocolate Bombs

These delicious bombs are ideal for a cold afternoon, you only need hot milk and add your bombs and you will have a rich hot chocolate.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cups cocoa p, for the filling
  • 1 cup small marshmallow, for the filling
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, to decorate
  • 1/2 cups sprinkles, Christmas, to decorate

Preparation

Place a bowl with the chocolate over a pot with hot water to melt it in a bain-marie, when the chocolate is completely melted, remove from the heat and reserve.
On a silicone mold in the shape of eggs, place the melted chocolate forming a thin layer and turn to remove the excess. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chocolate is hard.
Carefully remove the eggs from the silicone mold and place them on a platter. With the help of a hot plate, match the eggs. Reservation
Fill half of the circles with a tablespoon of powdered chocolate and a tablespoon of marshmallows.
To glue the circles, melt one of the halves on a warm plate as seen in the video, glue the two halves. To decorate the circle, melt the chocolate to decorate in a bain-marie and place in a small cone and form lines, add the grains immediately so that the chocolate does not dry out and stick the grains well. Reservation.
Serve the chocolate bomb over a cup of coffee and winged a jug of hot milk, add the milk over the chocolate bomb and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

In a cup with hot milk, accompanied by a cookie.

TIPS

You can melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 seconds to avoid burning it.
