Here is the recipe for the best dessert ever: Chocolate Bunnies Nests. This rich and crispy dessert is made of nuts and the traditional Conejo®. Besides, it's a no-bake recipe that you can prepare in 30 minutes and you only have to mix the ingredients with the chocolate. These Chocolate Bunnies Nests only need 7 ingredients, like walnuts or almond seeds. The detail of the bunny leaning on top of the nest gives it a unique touch.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 Cup of cornflakes
  • 1/4 of Cup of nut roasted and roughly chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of almond roasted and roughly chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of cranberry
  • 1/4 of Cup of coconut grated
  • 1 Cup of Turin® milk chocolate chopped
  • 12 pieces of plastic rabbits for decoration

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mix the corn flakes with the nuts, almonds, cranberries and coconut.
    Melt the semi-bitter Turin® chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds, stirring from time to time.
    Mix the chocolate with the cereal and the nuts until all the ingredients are completely covered with the melted chocolate.
    Arrange the Rabbits standing up in a tray with waxed paper and cover almost completely with the cereal mixture, pressing lightly with a spoon to try to glue the cereal together as much as possible. Be careful not to cover the head of the Rabbits®.
    Refrigerate until the chocolate solidifies, wrap with cellophane paper and a ribbon.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with white chocolate.

    TIPS

    You can form your nest in pots and let them dry right there, once have them ready just wrap to give as gift.
