Preparation
In a pan put the milk with sugar, butter and chocolate cover and we warmed gently, stirring until the ingredients are melted and mixed well.
Then, stirring constantly, add the yolks and then the flour.
We continue mixing until the dough is homogeneous. Remove then the fire and let stand until the mass loses heat. We put the oven to preheat to 175ºC.
Meanwhile, we assemble the egg whites until stiff. Once assembled, we add them carefully to the dough and mix them.
Then spread a mold with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the cake dough and put it in the oven.
We leave the cake between 30 and 40 minutes. After this time, we remove the cake from the oven and let it cool.
Once cold, unmold the cake and melted the chocolate fondant in a saucepan to the fire. We bathe the cake with the chocolate fondant, let cool.
