Preparation
The oven is preheated to 180 ° C.
With a wooden stick, beat the butter until it is soft and add the icing sugar, mixing well. It remains a very smooth mixture.
The eggs are added, one by one, incorporating them well.
When uniform, add the orange peel, flour and baking powder and mix.
The chocolate is melted in a water bath and mixed with everything else.
A cookie sheet is greased and spoonfuls of the mixture are added, separated 5cm from each other so that they do not stick.
Bake for 15 minutes and allow to cool before eating.
