Pretzels are a salted American traditional cookie. This cookie makes an excellent dessert for children's parties if it is covered with chocolate. This recipe is also widely used for dessert tables at weddings and parties.

Preparation
In a pot marie bath melts the semi-bitter chocolate.
Prepare two large baking sheets with a layer of waxed paper.
Take each pretzel and submerge it completely in the chocolate, remove from the chocolate and place on the waxed paper.
Put on the pretzels either sparks or sugar crystals to decorate and refrigerate. Remove from the refrigerator 20 minutes before putting on the table.
