  • 3/4 cups sugar, 95 g

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cups milk, 190 ml
  • 1/4 cups butter, 40 g

On a flat and clean surface, place the flour and form a hole in the center with the help of your hands. Add the sugar, salt, yeast and eggs; begin to incorporate slowly pouring the milk and knead with the help of your hands.
Once the ingredients are incorporated, spread the dough a little, place the butter in the center and wrap in an enveloping way. Continue kneading 15 more minutes or until it becomes a smooth mixture.
Place the dough in a previously greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let stand for 1 hour.
Once the time has passed, on a flat floured surface, roll out the dough 1 centimeter wide and let it rest on the table for 10 minutes before cutting.
Cut with the help of a medium donut ring; If you don't have one of them, get two rings of different sizes, as one will cut the center of the donut.
In a saucepan with hot oil over medium heat, fry the donuts on both sides. When they are golden brown, remove and drain on absorbent paper.
For the dark chocolate donuts, cover the bread with the melted chocolate, decorate with lunettes or fruit cereal. Let dry and enjoy.
For the white chocolate donuts, cover the bread with white melted chocolate, decorate with an oreo cookie or chocomentas. Let dry and enjoy.
For the pink chocolate donuts, dip the bread in the pink chocolate, decorate with mini marshmallows or colored sprinkles. Let dry and enjoy.


Decorate with white chocolate, dark chocolate and pink chocolate. Try different coverages.
