Ingredients

6 servings
  • 250 balls of bittersweet chocolate
  • 3/4 of Cup of whipping cream
  • 2 pieces of Frangelico liqueur (optional)
  • 1/4 of Cup of almond or finely chopped nines (optional)
  • to taste of fruit in pieces (bananas, pears, strawberries, etc.)

    Preparation

    Heat 1/2 cup of whipping cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to boil.
    Take out of the heat and add the chocolate in pieces.
    Let the chocolate melt for only 3-5 minutes and then stir with a balloon whisk.
    Add the liquor and nuts (if desired) and move to a fondue plate on a candle

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with chopped fruit around and long palils so that everyone soaks their fruit in the chocolate.

    TIPS

    If the fondue thickens, add 1 tablespoon of the reserved cream.
