Preparation
Heat 1/2 cup of whipping cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to boil.
Take out of the heat and add the chocolate in pieces.
Let the chocolate melt for only 3-5 minutes and then stir with a balloon whisk.
Add the liquor and nuts (if desired) and move to a fondue plate on a candle
