Chocolate Lava Cupcakes

If you always thought that these chocolate cakes with chocolate lava were difficult to make, follow this recipe and you will be surprised. They are ideal to leave impacted all your guests! Prepare it, you will love it!

Ingredients

  • 10 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1 1/3 cups of semi-bitter chocolates
  • 1/2 Cup of flour
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar glass
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 3 pieces of yolk
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla extract
  • 2 spoonfuls of 43rd liqueur or frangelico
  • 1/4 of Cup of raspberry washed, disinfected and dried (to decorate)
  • 1 twig of mint (to decorate)
  • 6 balls of vanilla ice cream (to decorate)

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 220 degrees or 425 F.
    Grease 6 souffle cups with butter or with PAM for cakes.
    Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie (stirring every 30 seconds to avoid burning the chocolate).
    Once the chocolate and butter are melted, add the flour and sugar. Stir well.
    Add the eggs and the yolks and stir.
    Add the 43rd liqueur and the vanilla extract. Stir.
    Divide the mixture between the 6 greased molds.
    Bake for 14 minutes. The edges should be cooked but the center should follow medium soft.
    Pass a knife around the molds and serve immediately. Garnish with raspberries, mint and ice cream.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with icing sugar, whipped cream and a strawberry cut in four. It's also great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

    TIPS

    Each oven is different so it is important to monitor the cupcakes so that when you take them out, the center stays smooth as lava. If they overcook, no chocolate lava will come out.
