Preparation
Heat the oven to 350ºF and prepare a cookie sheet with waxed paper. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Remove and let cool a little.
Mix the powdered almonds with the powdered sugar, gradually add the tablespoonfuls in tablespoon so that it does not get too liquid since it must be thick.
Then add the chocolate and stir carefully. Cool for 20 minutes. Put balls of pasta in the oven tray, separating them 3 cm between each one. Brush over with a wet brush and sprinkle granulated sugar.
Bake immediately for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, cool and take off the paper.
