This Christmas prepares a delicious and creamy chocolate nougat, which carries an incredible mix of nuts, which also give a crispy texture. The perfect mix of flavors to give away!

Ingredients

9 servings
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk chocolates (300 g) chopped
  • 1 cup of bitter chocolate (200 g) chopped
  • 3/4 of cup of butter (70 g)
  • 1/4 of cup of pistachio
  • 1/4 of cup of walnut
  • 1/4 of cup of almond peeled

Preparation

Melt chocolates in a bain-marie until they melt.
Add the butter and mix very well until integrating. Remove.
Add nuts and integrates.
Pour into a square silicone mold and match. Freeze about 1 hour.
It demolishes and cuts 5x5 frames approximately.

PRESENTATION

Tie with a Christmas ribbon.

TIPS
