Ingredients

6 portions
  • 200 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 600 milliliters milk

Preparation

Have a saucepan in a bain-marie ready, putting a large saucepan with little water and on top another saucepan that did not touch the water. Put it over medium heat to boil the water. Put the chocolate in the casserole in pieces with 1/2 cup of milk. Separate in another container mix the eggs that are very well incorporated and reserve them.
When the chocolate has melted, stir with a balloon whisk and add the rest of the milk, vanilla, sugar and beaten eggs, always moving with a balloon whisk until it thickens.
Serve them in 6 molds and refrigerate.

PRESENTATION

You can sprinkle with grated chocolate before serving.
