Ingredients: 5 cups flour, 1 kg; 3/4 cups icing sugar, 200 g; 2 1/2 cups vegetable shortening, 500 g; 1 1/2 cups Mexican chocolate, 300 g, grated; 1 cup sugar, 200 g; 4 eggs; 1 tablespoon REXAL® baking powder, 15 g; 1/2 tablespoons baking soda, 7 g; 1 cup walnuts, 200 g, finely chopped

In a mixer with the paddle attachment, add the flour, powdered sugar, vegetable shortening, sugar, eggs, Rexal® Baking Powder, and baking soda. Beat until all ingredients are combined and you have a smooth and homogeneous dough. Place the dough on cling film and wrap it into a roll approximately 10 cm in diameter, then place on a board and freeze for 20 minutes.
