For the cake, blend the egg, oil, Dark Chocolate Flavor Cake Flour Tres Estrellas®, pour into a 30 x 40 cm tray lined with parchment paper, and using a spatula, spread completely over the tray. Bake for 12 minutes at 170°C. Sprinkle powdered sugar over a cloth, flip the cake while still hot, and remove the parchment paper, rolling it with the cloth. Let cool and set aside.
