Ingredients: pie crust, of chocolate; 1 cup whipped cream, (filling); 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, (filling); 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, (filling); 4 eggs, (filling); 1/4 cups granulated sugar, (filling); 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, (filling); 4 pears, peeled (decoration); 1 1/2 cups wine, Zinfandel (decoration); 1/2 cups water, (decoration); 1/2 cups granulated sugar, (decoration); 1 teaspoon lime juice, (decoration); 1 teaspoon orange juice, (decoration)

Pears: In an All Clad pot, place the wine, water, half a cup of sugar, lemon juice, and orange juice. Mix until all ingredients are combined. Set aside. Peel the pears and cut them in half, place them in the previous mixture. Heat in the wine mixture for about 30 – 40 minutes, turning constantly. Let rest. Roll out the tart dough until it is 5 millimeters thick and fit it into a T-Fal® 28 Tart Pan, prick the dough with a fork and bake for 15 minutes.
