Avocado Brownies

If you love brownies but are concerned about your calorie intake, be sure to try this delicious recipe, where avocado replaces fat and non-caloric sweeteners provide a delicious sweet taste with very little calorie intake. They are very soft and creamy. They will fascinate you!

  • 300 grams bitter chocolate, in pieces
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 avocados, ripe, in pieces
  • 1/4 cups non-caloric edulcolorate, (sucralose) hornable
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cups cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cups walnut, chopped


Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie together with the coconut oil. Mix until integrating, remove from the bain-marie and let it cool slightly.
In a food processor, process the avocado until it forms a smooth puree.
In a bowl, beat the melted chocolate with the avocado puree, the non-caloric sweetener, the vanilla and the eggs. Add the cocoa and flour little by little. Mix the nuts lightly.
Pour the mixture into a brownie mold previously greased and floured. Bake about 15 minutes or until cooked. Cool and cut.


On a plate accompanied by cold milk.


Non-caloric sweeteners give a sweet flavor to foods, providing fewer calories. Therefore, they are a good option to enjoy the flavors that you like most in your day to day.
