It is a very simple recipe, but delicious and perfect for chocolate lovers. These double chocolate brownies are the perfect option to take away the craving for chocolate in your mouth. They have an excellent texture and we are sure that you will love them!

Ingredients

16 portions
  • 1 cup butter
  • 150 grams bitter chocolate
  • 100 grams chocolate chip
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 85 grams powdered sugar, to decorate

Preparation

Heat the bitter chocolate and butter in a bain-marie until incorporated. Remove and let cool.
To the previous mixture add the eggs one by one, and beat well, add the sugar, the flour, the vanilla and the pinch of salt, mix everything very well for at least 10 minutes.
Add the chocolate chips and mix with a spoon.
Grease and flour the mold of your preference. Pre-heat the kilns to 160 degrees Celsius.
Pour the mixture and spread it evenly in the mold. Bake for 30 minutes.

PRESENTATION

When leaving the oven let cool, cut them into 5x5 cm squares and sprinkle with icing sugar.

TIPS

Remember to beat the ingredients well, a good mix makes the difference. I recommend using a common colander to sprinkle the icing sugar (you will achieve a better colection).

Muy fácil y rica esta receta de brownies, gracias por compartirla. Yo les agregue almendras y nueces partidas (3/4 de taza), le puse solo 1 taza de azúcar y solo 100 grs de chocolate amargo. Quedaron buenísimos ;)
