Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup margarine, (200 g)
  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar, (200 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 2/3 cups flour, (100 g)
  • 1/2 cups walnut, chopped (50 g)
  • 50 grams powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream, (100 ml)
  • 250 grams bitter chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoons peppermint

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For chocolate and mint brownies: melt chopped chocolate with margarine in the microwave, in 15 seconds.
Add the eggs to the blender and mix at high speed. Add the sugar and vanilla little by little, and keep beating.
Remove the chocolate from the microwave oven and mix very well.
Add little by little the chocolate to the mixer mixer . Add the flour and the nut.
Pour a little spray oil into a mold and add flour to cover it perfectly.
Empty the mixture from the blender to the floured mold and distribute it perfectly.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Take out of the oven and let it cool down.
Add the chopped chocolate to a glass bowl, whipping cream and a few drops of mint essence.
Put in the microwave in 15 seconds to melt the chocolate.
Remove from the microwave and mix perfectly to form a ganache.
Unmold the brownie on a board and bathe with the chocolate ganache. Spread the chocolate with the help of a spatula. Remove the edges to the brownie and cut out approximately 5 x 5 centimeters. Decorate with raspberries to give a touch of color.
