Ingredients

8 servings
  • 120 grams of dark chocolate
  • 180 grams of unsalted butter
  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 2 spoonfuls of vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 Cup of nut chopped (optional)

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (350 F).
    Melt chocolate and butter in a bain-marie.
    In a blender , put the eggs and beat until they have a pale yellow color. Add the sugar little by little and continue beating until it thickens. Add vanilla, sifted flour, and chopped nuts. Finally add the chocolate (already warm, not hot).
    Put the mixture on a greased and floured 8x12 cm refractory.
    Bake for 15-20 minutes.
    Remove from the oven and let cool in the mold.
    Cut into squares and sprinkle with icing sugar.

    Es una exelente receta para mi gusto y la verdad me quedaron muy bien hechos y con rico sabor si alardear... No tengo critica alguna la receta es un exito...
