Ingredients

24 portions
  • 200 grams chocolate
  • 3/4 cups butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups cookie
  • 1 cup peanut
  • 1/2 cups peanut butter

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Line a baking dish with foil, extending the paper to the sides to form handles. Grease the aluminum foil. Heat, in a large microwave-safe container, the chocolate and butter to high power for 2 minutes or until the butter has melted. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Add the sugar; mix well. Add the eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add the flour and stir until well mixed. Add 1 cup chopped cookies, peanut butter and 1 cup chopped peanuts; mix well.
Spread the mixture over the source you prepared. Sprinkle with the remaining cup of chopped biscuits.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until when inserting a toothpick in the center, it comes out with wet crumbs. (Do not overcook it). Let it cool. Unmold and cut the squares.
