First layer: Preheat the oven to 170°C. Mix the oats with the sugar. Add the margarine and set aside. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add to the oat mixture and stir well. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased pan of approximately 20 cm. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven.
