Ingredients

  • 115 grams of bitter chocolate molten
  • 1 1/4 cups of Butter melted
  • 1/2 Cup of mashed sugar
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 1 Cup of flour sifted
  • 1/4 of Cup of cocoa powder sifting
  • 30 cubes of milk frozen for ice cream
  • 1 Cup of cream to beat for ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla for ice cream
  • 1 Cup of sugar glass for ice cream
  • 1 Cup of chocolate cookie chopped
  • 3 cups of whipped cream
  • 1/2 Cup of chocolate spark

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Add to a bowl the bitter chocolate with the butter until you get a homogeneous mixture, add the sugar, the eggs, the vanilla essence, the flour and the cocoa. Mix perfectly well.
    Add the mixture to form a thin layer to a greased mold, bake for 20 minutes. Chill and reserve.
    Pour all the ingredients of the ice cream into the glass of the Vitamix® in the order indicated, close the lid tightly, select the speed 1, turn on the blender and slowly increase the speed to 10 and then to the high level.
    Use the pressure bar to direct the ingredients towards the blades, move until ice cream forms. Pour the mixture into a bowl and mix the cookies little by little without integrating them completely into the ice cream.
    Spread the ice cream on the brownie plate and freeze, spread whipping cream and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Freeze until it is completely solid. Remove from freezing, portion in equal squares, serve and enjoy,
