  • 1 Cup of dark chocolate (115 g, for the brownie)
  • 3/4 of Cup of Butter At room temperature. (150 g), plus one tablespoon to grease the mold (for the brownie)
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar (for the brownie)
  • 2 pieces of egg (for the brownie)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla one for the brownie and half for the marbling
  • 1 package of cream cheese At room temperature (190 g) (for marbling)
  • 1 piece of egg yolk (for marbling)
  • 4 spoonfuls of sugar (for marbling)

    Preparation

    Preheat oven to 160 ° C. Grease and flour a brownie mold.
    Mix flour, salt and cocoa in a medium bowl. Reservation.
    In a microwave bowl, melt dark chocolate in 15 seconds. Once melted, add butter and sugar and incorporate well.
    To the previous mixture, add the eggs, the vanilla and the dry ones mixing perfectly. Pour into the mold.
    In another bowl, mix cream cheese with egg yolk, sugar and vanilla very well. Pour this mixture into a sleeve with duya and put small portions on the brownie mixture. Reserve a little in case you need to decorate.
    With the help of a toothpick, form circles to marmolate and mix both preparations. Bake for 35 minutes or until cooked. Allow to cool, unmold and cut into boxes.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with a bit of the cream cheese mixture.

    TIPS

    To prevent the chocolate from burning when melted in the microwave, be sure to remove it every 15 seconds.
