Veggie Brownies of Sweet Potato

Delicious sweet potato venison brownies. An excellent option to enjoy this dessert without ingredients of animal origin. Its flavor is unique and we assure you that by tasting them you will not be able to stop eating them. Enjoy them in the company of whoever you want.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of sweet potato without skin, pureed
  • 14 pieces of boneless date or prune
  • 1/2 Cup of oatmeal
  • 1/2 Cup of Coconut flour or almonds
  • 4 spoonfuls of cocoa
  • 3 spoonfuls of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 10 milliliters of Water
  • 1/2 Cup of nut chopped (optional)

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Soak for 20 min. prunes or dates in hot water.
    Grind the plums with the sweet potato and mix well.
    Add the rest of the ingredients until a dough forms.
    Grease a mold with coconut oil.
    Empty the mixture to the mold; add the chopped nuts.
    Bake 30 min or until you put a fork in the middle and it comes out clean.
    Chill and then cut.

    PRESENTATION

    Eat it cold, it's delicious.

    TIPS

    If your mold has Teflon, just add coconut oil otherwise you put margarine and flour it. You can substitute honey for 5 sachets of sugar substitute.
