Delicious dark chocolate cake with cherries, perfect for any occasion. It is a sophisticated dessert, full of flavor and for lovers of chocolate is the bane. Prepare it and dazzle everyone.

  • 10 eggs
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 5 milliliters liquid vanilla
  • 240 grams flour
  • 60 grams cocoa
  • 500 milliliters whipping cream
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 5 milliliters liquid vanilla
  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 100 milliliters tequila
  • 500 milliliters Water
  • 250 grams sugar


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Emulsify the eggs with the sugar and vanilla to the point of lath. Add the sieved flour and cocoa, in the form of rain, mix in an enveloping way. Pour the previously greased and floured mold. Bake for 15 minutes.
