Heat water in a pot over medium heat, and when ready, place the chocolate in a bowl that fits the size of the pot and melt in a double boiler for 2 to 5 minutes. Mix the amaranth, Smucker's® blueberry jam, and melted chocolate in a bowl until integrated. Let cool for 10 minutes.
