In a bowl, chop the Hershey's® dark chocolate baking bar and heat in the microwave for two 30-second intervals. Add the Hershey's chocolate syrup, pistachios, and walnuts. Mix and set aside. In a semi-deep dish or tray, layer sheets of phyllo dough, about 6 layers should suffice. Brush with melted butter between each layer and add the chocolate mixture in every layer.
