Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 150 grams butter
  • 100 grams chocolate
  • 150 milliliters milk
  • 300 grams flour

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
First take the egg whites and in a bowl use a pastry blender , beat in slow speed and add the sugar little by little until a smooth mixture.
In a water bath, melt the chocolate with the butter and add the milk. Add the mixture of egg whites, beat and add the flour. Place in a greased and floured mold.
Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

PRESENTATION
