Preparation
In a bowl in the bain-marie, melt the white chocolate with the butter.
We separate the whites from the yolks of eggs.
Mix the yolks with the white chocolate and the melted butter and reserve in the freezer.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and add them to the mixture of chilled white chocolate.
Stir until you have a creamy mousse and store the white chocolate mousse in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
