Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of unsalted butter
  • 2/3 of Cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of hazelnut liqueur
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of vanilla extract
  • 255 grams of milk chocolate
  • 1/4 of Cup of flour
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 4 eggs separated the yolks of the egg whites
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of cream of tartar

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 Celsius). Grease 6 molds for the soufflés (cups resistant to the heat of the oven can be used).
    Melt the butter, 1 tablespoon of sugar, the hazelnut liqueur (Frangelico) and the vanilla extract in a pot. Once the butter is melted, remove the pot from the heat and add 3 ounces of chocolate (85 grams) until melted, about 3 minutes. Put the chocolate mixture in a flat bowl and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes until it hardens. Use a spoon to form the chocolate into 6 equal balls, the size of a walnut. Reserve the chocolate balls in the refrigerator.
    Meanwhile, put the flour in a pot and add the milk little by little. Put the pinch of salt and heat the mixture until it is thick, about 5 minutes. Add the egg yolks and continue moving with a balloon whisk, for about 3-4 more minutes. Turn off the heat and add 6 ounces of chocolate (170 grams) and let them melt in the mixture.
    Put the egg whites in a bowl with the cream of tartar. Using a whisk, beat the egg whites until peaks form. Add little by little ¼ cup of sugar and continue beating until they are about to nougat. Mix the whites with the hot chocolate mixture.
    Put a chocolate ball in the center of each soufflé tin and add the chocolate mixture with the whites.
    Remove from the oven, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve immediately.

    TIPS

    The soufflés can be prepared until step 5 and left refrigerated for up to 2 days. If they were refrigerated, they have to be cooked for 10 more minutes.

    Creo que faltó el paso de llevar al horno y por cuanto tiempo? Quiero la receta completa porque se vé muy buena Gloria González

    muy ricos me parece muy rica esta receta,perome gustaria que nos dijeran cuanto tiempo dura en el horno.

    Se ve buenisimo, lo voy hacer. Al parecer falta un paso, ya que despues de agregar la mezcla al moldecito (paso No. 5) menciona que se saque del horno y falta indicar cuanto tiempo se hornea, de que forma se hornea y tal vez alguna otra indicación, si me podrian informar al respecto. Gracias.
