This is one of the best no-bake desserts I've made. You can make plenty with your kids and give them as gifts at Christmas. They are a delight!

Crush the cookies, filling and all, in a food processor. Reserve 1/4 cup for decoration. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and incorporate the cookie crumbs. Shape balls of your desired size with your hands. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in 20-second intervals, making sure it doesn't burn at any point. Dip the truffles in the melted chocolate, covering them completely. Melt the white chocolate and place it in a piping bag. Decorate the truffles to your liking. Sprinkle some crushed cookie on top. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens completely.
