Ingredients

4 portions
  • 200 grams chocolate, bitter
  • 50 grams almond
  • 50 grams raisin
  • 50 grams pumpkin seed, peeled
  • 50 grams chia
  • 100 grams dried fruit, crystallized

Preparation

Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20 seconds, taking care not to burn. Stir each time you remove it from the microwave. Once the chocolate is melted, spread it on a sheet of waxed paper, and with the help of a spoon form the chocolate tiles (approximately 5 cm in diameter), spread the chocolate well so that it is thin.
Pour the seeds, the nuts (previously cut) and the crystallized fruits. Place the tiles in the refrigerator to solidify, after 10 minutes, remove the waxed paper.
