Ingredients

80 portions
  • 500 grams Marie biscuit
  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ounces cognac
  • 50 grams butter
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 cup cocoa powder

Preparation

Spray the cookies.
Heat the milk with the butter in a pot. When boiling remove from heat and add chopped chocolate, move until completely integrated.
Add the yolks without stopping to add the cognac. Raise the egg whites until stiff and add them to the mixture.
Add to the mix crushed cookies and integrates.
Let it cool and form the balls, overflow with cocoa powder.
