Mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. Use the paddle attachment of your mixer and mix the butter, egg, vanilla extract, and honey. Once the ingredients are combined, gradually incorporate the dry ingredients until a dough is formed. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Once the dough is chilled, roll it out on a flat surface with a little flour. Then, use a cutter or a template to cut out two heart-shaped pieces of dough.

Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until the cookie is ready.
