We need to melt the 3 chocolates together, we can do this in a double boiler or using the microwave on low power, checking every 20 - 30 seconds while it melts to prevent burning. I broke the bars into small pieces to melt faster, placed them in a bowl in the double boiler, and in a few minutes, stirring occasionally with a silicone spatula, we have melted chocolate. Once we have melted the chocolate, we melt the butter in the microwave (not overdoing it, we will melt it just enough without it getting too hot) and add it to the melted chocolate. We mix the mixture well.
