Ingredients: 2 cups vanilla cookies, Wafer or Suavicremas, crushed; 1/4 cups butter, melted; 2 cups cream cheese, at room temperature; 3/4 cups condensed milk; 1/2 cups icing sugar; 1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder, rehydrated and melted, 7 g; 1 cup dark chocolate, melted; 1/4 cups butter, melted; 1/2 cups whipping cream, hot; 2 cups strawberries

In a bowl, mix the cookies with the butter until combined and form a paste. Place the paste in cupcake molds, compress, and chill. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with the condensed milk and powdered sugar until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, gradually add the gelatin in a stream, pour the cheesecake mixture into the molds over the cookie base, and refrigerate until set. Unmold and set aside.
