Ingredients

  • 190 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 10 slices white bread
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 150 grams bittersweet chocolate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Lightly spray 10 baking cups (1 cup) or refractory coffee cups lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1 egg until well blended. Spread the slices of bread with this mixture evenly; Cut each slice into four. Place 4 pieces in each mold.
