Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 3/4 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup chongo zamorano
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • wafer, with box, to decorate
  • candy peanut, to decorate

Preparation

For the caramel, in a skillet melt the sugar over medium heat for about 10 minutes and then pour into a flan mold. Let cool to room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
For the flan, blend the condensed milk with the evaporated milk, the cream cheese, the egg, the Zamorano chongos, the cornstarch and the vanilla.
Pour the mixture into the mold and cover it with aluminum foil. Bake in a double boiler for 50 minutes, at 190 ° C. Let cool 30 minutes and refrigerate 1 hour.
Unmold the flan and decorate with the wafers and pieces of crowbar. Enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the flan with wafers and accompany with an American coffee.

TIPS

Strain the mixture before pouring into the mold so that the flan is smoother and more uniform.
