Rich recipe for Christmas cupcakes. They are small cakes with Christmas bitumen for decoration. They are ideal for children but also for dessert in any Christmas event.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
Put 10 "cupcake" papers in a "cupcakes" tray.
In a pot, boil 1 cup of water and when it is at room temperature add the yeast, let it act 5-10 minutes.
In a deep bowl, mix flour, spices, salt and baking powder.
Add brown sugar and continue beating, add flour, baking powder, honey and eggs.
Put the dough in the "cupcakes" papers filling each 3/4 (to have room for it to grow).
Bake the cupcakes for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let cool before decorating with butter bitumen.
