These cupcakes will become your favorite dessert, the softness of the pancake and the creamy filling with a delicious red fruit cover, will delight even the most demanding palate.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 90 grams of Butter
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 2/3 of Cup of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 1 Cup of Yoghurt Natural Oikos®
  • 1 Cup of Vanilla Danette® Custard for the filling
  • 190 grams of cream cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of raspberry for the compote
  • 1/2 Cup of cherries for the compote
  • 4 spoonfuls of Water

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Mix the dry ingredients; flour, baking powder and salt. Reservation.
    Beat the butter until it is soft, add the eggs, sugar and vanilla, the Oikos® Natural Yoghurt adds all the dry ones and whisks until incorporated.
    Pour the mixture into saucers and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool and reserve.
    For the filling, beat the Danette® Vanilla Custard and add the cream cheese. Refrigerate and reserve.
    For the compote, heat the raspberries and cherries over low heat, add the water and let it cook until it is mashed, let cool and reserve.
    Cup the cupcakes and pour the filling, cover with the fruit compote.
