Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. Beat the butter until soft, add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla, then add the Oikos® Natural Yogurt and mix in all the dry ingredients until incorporated. Pour the mixture into cupcake liners and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool and set aside. For the filling, beat the Danette® Vanilla Flavored Custard and add the cream cheese. Refrigerate and set aside. For the compote, heat the raspberries and cherries over low heat, add water and cook until pureed, let cool and set aside. Hollow out the cupcakes and pour in the filling, then cover with the fruit compote.
