Never before had churros been so funny, with their intense red color, their delicious and crunchy flavor will be impossible to resist. Chopéalos in melted chocolate and accompanied by a cup of coffee, definitely the best combination.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 2/3 cups Water
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons dry yeast
  • 3 eggs
  • to taste red food coloring
  • 2 cups oil
  • 1 cup sugar, to sprinkle
  • to taste White chocolate, melted, to accompany
  • to taste cream cheese, to fill

Preparation

Heat the water in a pot over medium heat, add the flour, the cocoa, the salt, the dry yeast, without stopping to move the kitchen for 5 minutes until you have a homogeneous mass.
Place the dough in the blender add the eggs one, add the red dye and beat for 7 min until completely integrated.
Place the dough in a sleeve with curly duya.
Heat the oil over medium heat, form a churro and fry for 3 minutes.
Remove excess grease with a Bounty® absorbent paper towel
Still hot wallow in sugar.
Accompany with melted chocolate or filled with cream cheese bitumen.

PRESENTATION

On wax paper or colorful bags, accompanied by a cup of coffee.

TIPS

It is important that the oil is very hot, in this way the churros will absorb less fat and will be more crispy.
