Preparation
In a saucepan mix the flour, water, butter and salt.
In a separate pan or pan, heat the oil until it begins to boil.
Add the Gamesa® Hot Cakes Flour to the previous mixture and beat the mixture with a mixer until it is smooth and without lumps.
Fill a pastry bag with the mixture.
With a little dough, try the oil to be hot, if it is too hot the dough will burn and if it is still cold the dough does not start to bubble. So if it is hot a little hot and if it is very hot let it cool a little so that the churros do not burn.
Once the oil is at the desired point, form the churros with the sleeve and drop into the pot with hot oil.
Wait until the churros are golden, without letting them go to burn.
On a plate with a napkin, place the churros that are ready to remove the excess oil.
Sprinkle sugar over the churros, you can also bake the churros in sugar, depending on the amount you want.
Let cool and serve with cajeta.
