Prepare this delicious pudding made from coconut milk, sweetened with condensed milk and flavored with a touch of cinnamon. Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
  • 6 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
  • 2 cups Cauliflower Eva® Bits
  • to taste raspberry, to decorate
  • to taste cinnamon powder, to decorate
  • to taste dough, tulip, decorations

Preparation

Heat a pot over medium heat with coconut milk, condensed milk, sugar and cinnamon powder. Cook until it boils and add the starch dissolved in water.
While stirring, simmer about 10 minutes or until thick. Add the Cauliflower Eva® Bits and cook 5 more minutes. Chill and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Serve and decorate with raspberries, cinnamon powder and tulip dough.

PRESENTATION
