Ingredients

  • 4 San Juan® Eggs
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon yellow lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup blueberry
  • to taste powdered sugar, to decorate
  • to taste yellow lemon, cut into triangles, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl add the pieces of San Juan® egg, sugar, vanilla essence, salt, whisk for 5 minutes.
Add the flour, milk, cardamom and lemon zest, beat until integrated.
Mix two tablespoons of flour with the berries and add to the previous preparation.
Pour the previous preparation over two medium cake molds.
Bake for 15 minutes. Let it cool.
Garnish with icing sugar and yellow lemon.

PRESENTATION
