There is not a party that is complete without a good cake. This birthday cake is delicious with vanilla bitumen and a sponge cake. It can be cut into layers as you like. Kids love it.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • vanilla frosting, to decorate


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees or 350 ° F. Grease 2 equal round cake and enharine molds.
In a blender , beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. With the blender on, add the eggs and yolks one at a time. Add the vanilla.
Slowly, add parts of the flour, mixing with parts of the milk until it is finished with the flour. Stir until everything is incorporated.
Divide the mixture between the two molds and bake about 33-35 minutes or until when inserting a toothpick into the cake, it comes out dry. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes on a rack outside the mold.
Place a cake down (that the flattest side is up) and put bitumen. Then place the other cake (with the flat side touching the other flat side) and cover the entire cake with shoe polish with a spatula.
Decorate your taste with strawberries, colored bitumen, candles, etc.


Make texture in the bitumen with a fork and make waves to make it look more beautiful. Alternatively, you can use a dulla and make balls.


You can prepare it with a cream cheese bitumen on the carrot cake and it looks excellent!

Lo hice para el cumple de mi hija, lo decoré de arcoiris. Estuvo perfecto!!! Sale delicioso, perfecto para cualquier relleno: nutella, nata, mermelada.

Excelente reseta aunque le heche nueces, coco y uvas pasas a la harina y la decore diferente con relleno de guanabana y arequipe muy rica me quedo muchas gracias
