Preparation
Separate the filling of the cookies and reserve. Place the unfilled cookies in a plastic bag and mash with a spoon until you get a very fine powder. Reserve two tablespoons of the powder to decorate.
In a bowl, mix the cookie powder with the melted butter.
Pour over a cake pan and compact the mixture to form a crust, sprinkling it with a spoon. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, liquefy the condensed milk, the evaporated milk, the vanilla, the filling of the cookies and the grenetina. Reservation.
Beat the whipping cream in the blender until soft peaks form. Reserve a little of the cream to decorate.
