This cake is a good option if you do not have an oven, but you want to enjoy a simple and rich dessert. Creamy filling with pieces of biscuit, ideal to share.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 cups of chocolate cookie
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter melted for the base
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 3 envelopes of unflavored gelatin hydrated
  • 1 1/2 cups of whipping cream
  • 10 pieces of chocolate cookie in pieces

    Preparation

    Separate the filling of the cookies and reserve. Place the unfilled cookies in a plastic bag and mash with a spoon until you get a very fine powder. Reserve two tablespoons of the powder to decorate.
    In a bowl, mix the cookie powder with the melted butter.
    Pour over a cake pan and compact the mixture to form a crust, sprinkling it with a spoon. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
    Meanwhile, liquefy the condensed milk, the evaporated milk, the vanilla, the filling of the cookies and the grenetina. Reservation.
    Beat the whipping cream in the blender until soft peaks form. Reserve a little of the cream to decorate.
    Mixture of preparation of the milk with the cream to wrap around. Add the chopped cookies.
    Pour the preparation into the mold with the base and refrigerate at least 1 hour 30 minutes.
    Unmold the cake, decorate with the whipping cream you reserved and the cookie powder.

    PRESENTATION

    TIPS

    You can add cream cheese to the preparation to make a cold cheesecake.
