Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos pumpkin, or ayuma
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 250 ° C.
Sancocha the shellless pump until it is soft, then drain the water.
Blend the auyama together with milk, condensed milk, vanilla, corn starch and eggs.
In a cheese shop, place the sugar and water until a caramel is formed and pour the auyama mixture into the cheese cellar.
