Ingredients

  • 2 packages Marie biscuit
  • 2 packages Nestle media creama
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 2 lemons, (grated)

Preparation

Put the blender the lemon juice, the 2 cans of half cream and the can of condensed milk and liquefy it for 1 minute.
Inside a glass refractory (plastic or aluminum) place a layer of cookies trying to cover the bottom well, with a spoon spread a thin layer of the contents of the blender, continuing with another layer of cookies covering the next layer again, and repeat the procedure until the cookies and the contents of the blender are finished, layer by layer.
To decorate when finishing the layers of cookies and the contents of the blender on the top of the carlota garnish with lemon zest. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours, cut and serve.

PRESENTATION

TIPS
