To make it easier, break 24 Oreo cookies inside the package and empty them into a bowl. Add 100g (3.5 ounces) of melted butter and mix until it has the consistency of paste or pie crust. Put the remaining crust in the the container where you are going to make your OREO Pie; and refrigerate it
Blend the cream cheese, a cup of milk, a can of la Lechera sweetened milk, a spoonful of vanilla essence and lemon juice. In a separate small bowl, pour 4 tablespoons of water and a teaspoon of gelatin and microwave for 10 seconds. If you don't have a microwave, heat some water in a sauce pan and place the small bowl with gelatin mixture on top of the water (baine marie) and cover it to retain the steam. Once the gelatin and water have a consistency of honey, pour into the cheese mixture and keep liquefying it. Then take the pie dish with cookie crust from the refrigerator and pour the cheese mixture into the pie dish. Refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours. If you wish a harder consistency leave it for 3 hours and up to 5 hours as desired.
